High-value & remote sales

A payment flow that follows the job.

If your average order runs to thousands and most of it is paid away from a counter or showroom, your payments need designing, not just supplying. That is the work I do.

Is this you?

It is the way you get paid that matters, not the trade you are in.

If two or more of these sound familiar, your payments are worth designing properly.

  • You take deposits before the work is done or the goods are delivered
  • You are paid in stages or instalments, not all at once
  • Your average order runs into the thousands
  • Most payments happen away from a till: online, by link, on site or on the doorstep
  • You sell high-value goods online to customers you never meet

The journey of a job

Every point where money changes hands, thought through in advance.

  1. Quote accepted

    The deposit

The customer has said yes. A payment link or pay-by-bank request goes out with the paperwork, or the surveyor takes it on a mobile machine before leaving the drive.

  2. Order and manufacture

    Stage payments

Payments fall due as materials are ordered, made or delivered. Each one is requested the same way every time, and the office can see when it lands.

  3. Fitting or delivery

    The balance

Taken on site by the fitter or driver, via a payment link, or even with the customer’s card details held in a secure vault for future transactions. No reading out card details, and far less risk to your business.

  4. Afterwards

    The record

One clear record of what was paid, when and how, for you, your bookkeeper and your customer.

A remote sale, mapped

From phone call to paid order, with no card details read aloud.

  1. 01

    The call

Your customer rings to go ahead. Nobody needs to be standing at a till.

  2. 02

    The link

Your office sends a secure payment link by WhatsApp, text or email while they are still on the phone.

  3. 03

    The payment

They pay on their own phone, by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. Nothing is read out or written down.

  4. 04

    The confirmation

You are told the moment it is paid, and your customer gets a receipt.

  5. 05

    The order

The order is confirmed and the job moves on, with the deposit already in place.

What a setup can include

Chosen for you. Never a standard bundle.

No two of my clients have quite the same setup. These are the parts I draw on, and I only recommend the ones your business will use.

  • Payment links sent by email or text, for deposits and balances
  • Pay-by-bank for customers who prefer not to put a large sum on a card
  • QR codes that customers can scan and pay on their own device
  • Mobile card machines with their own connection for surveyors, fitters and drivers
  • Counter machines for showrooms, studios and trade counters
  • Online payment gateways where customers order or pay through your website
  • Account terms and limits arranged for high-value, irregular payments
  • Bespoke integration with the systems you already quote and invoice from

Integrations

Payments that plug into the software you already run.

If a piece of software is central to how you sell or take orders, payment can become a step inside it. I work with existing integrations for CRMs, accounting systems, booking systems, EPOS software, hotel management software and ecommerce platforms, so nobody has to key the same sale in twice.

Payments designed by M.BRK
  • Accounting systems

Payment received then invoice marked as paid

  • CRM

Quote accepted then payment link sent

  • Booking systems

    Booking made then deposit taken

  • EPOS software

Order rung up then amount sent to the card machine

  • Hotel management

Reservation made then card held securely

  • Ecommerce platforms

Basket checked out then paid and order raised

Use something that is not listed? If it is integral to your sales or order process and you want payments automated into it, tell me what you run and I will make it happen.

Ask about your software

  • Kitchens & bathrooms

  • Furniture
  • Beds

  • Used cars
  • Artwork
  • Landscape gardening

  • Trades

If you take deposits, get paid in stages or sell high-value goods at a distance, the sector matters less than the pattern. Tell me what you sell →

Why M.BRK

Quality you notice when something needs sorting.

  • Bespoke by default. The setup starts from how you sell, not from a product list.
  • Done for you. Applications, switching and installation are handled, so your team is not left on hold.
  • In person. I visit, I install and I come back if you need me.
  • One relationship. You call me. I deal with the providers and the banks.

Start with a conversation

Tell me how you sell. I’ll show you how it should be paid for.

A first call takes about twenty minutes. No forms to fill in beforehand and nothing to sign.
