How I work

Designed around your business. Delivered in person.

I think of this as architecture rather than supply. Anyone can sell you a card machine. The value is in working out what your business needs, putting it in properly and still being there afterwards.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start with a call, then usually a visit. I want to see how a job moves through your business: who quotes, who takes the deposit, how balances are collected and where it gets awkward.

From you: about an hour, and an honest picture of how things work today.

  2. 02

    Design

I put together a setup for your business and walk you through it: what each part does, which provider it comes from and why I have chosen it. If part of it is not right, we change it.

From you: questions. As many as you like.

  3. 03

    Install

I handle the applications and, if you are moving from another provider, the whole switch. I set up the kit, test it and show your team how to use it, so day one is uneventful.

From you: a few signatures and some documents. I tell you exactly which.

  4. 04

    Look after

You keep my mobile number. If a payment is queried, a machine plays up or your business changes, you call me and I deal with the provider or the bank on your behalf.

From you: a phone call when you need one.

A fair question

How I am paid.

For the most part I am paid by the provider you end up with, so my advice and the setup itself cost you nothing extra. The things I do charge for are gateway fees, EPOS hardware and licences, and any bespoke integration work, and you will always see those in writing before you agree to anything.

What you can expect

The standards I hold myself to.

  • Plain English. If I cannot explain it simply, I should not be recommending it
  • Nothing you will not use. A setup is finished when there is nothing left to take out
  • I turn up. Meetings and installations are in person wherever I can make them so
  • I answer. You get me, not a queue

Start with a conversation

Tell me how you sell. I’ll show you how it should be paid for.

A first call takes about twenty minutes. No forms to fill in beforehand and nothing to sign.
